Similarly, the advertising industry also has to contend with this issue, although there are instances when misrepresentations are outside their realm of control. In the following outdoor advertising ad placement examples, the inability to choose your next closest neighbor has made for some unfortunate, but funny, "branding issues."

Funny. It happens. It is not copywriter's error. But the ads leave a lasting impression. Negatively.
the billboards are great...the online ads come from keywords within the article the ad is next to, so if the article says "Ten People Die From Tainted Coffee" the word "coffee" is going to be picked up and an ad is going to be pushed for it. even still, its pretty funny.

Nice collection, most of the webpage flops are due to google ads. They scan the page for content and try to place ads that coincide, funny outcomes though.
Online Advertisements are always trying to fit into the web page's content. Thus the advertisements cannot always be a positive one
